To whom is in-charge,
Hi i would like to make a complain about Dr.Leong.chee.lum, today morning 20/07/09, i went tampines polyclinic to remove my bandage referral from CGH.
I asked the staff weather i need to queue for just removing my bandage, she replied yes because the doctor need to examine my toe first. So i took the number and waited for my turn ~
I was than told to go Room1 at level 1. Wait for my number for more than a hour, the number skipped my number three times. So i thought he must have missed my number.
I went in to give it a check, the moment i said excuse me i think you miss my number he shouted "I NEVER MISS IT, GO COMPLAIN TO THE REGISTRATION COUNTER".
was already quite upset with his attitude but still i went to ask the counter staff told me they lost my document. She went into room1 to check. less than half a min she came out saying that the file is inside and i just have to wait, the doctor will flash my number next. again he skip me once than flash my number. When i went in, he just wrote something on a piece of paper and ask me to go room11. He didn't even check my toe so i queue for almost 2 hours was wasted?. went to room11 wait for my turn again. did my bandage and was told the mc must be taken from the doctor. so i went back to room1 to ask for it again his reply was "why didn't you ask just now, go out and waited" waited for the patient that is inside to come out and i went in. He said to me again " you are making things hard for me and people out there are waiting"
I hope i get reply from this matter.
i would like to add that the nurse that change my bandage for me is v.friendly

Anyway past few days had a ingrowth nail operation =X
bowling so far getting better ~ got into team1 for upcoming compe...
